Transforming Thailand's Leading Telecom Provider's OTT Platform
The engagement with AIS, a leading telecommunications provider in Thailand, to provide consultancy and technical support for their OTT (Over-The-Top) services. The engagement began in September 2019 and focused on enhancing AIS's digital platforms, including their mobile apps, web portal, and Smart TV applications. Our role was to address technical challenges, improve user experience, and ensure the platform's scalability and security.
Our engagement with AIS resulted in a more robust, secure, and user-friendly OTT platform. We helped AIS streamline their technical operations, improve user engagement, and prepare for future growth in the competitive OTT market. The project was delivered on time, with a focus on quality and scalability, ensuring AIS could continue to provide high-quality digital services to their customers.
